We bought a leash and a bed for our dog on 11th august and just one day after , on the morning of 12th august his leash broke while we took him for a walk and my dog almost escaped so we got the leash returned and got a new leash on the 13th of august, it was a good and sturdy leash so we thought this leash is not going to break. Everything was going fine his leah was nice till we took him on a walk on 19th of august because that leash handle broke. So we send a picture of the broken leash to the shop owner who sold us the leash and he refused to return it and
told us that he would not return it twice and that our dog broke the leash by biting it and started screaming at me and my mother. The worst product and customer service I have ever seen in my life. 0 out of 10. would not recommended. For a good quality leash go to madhav pet shop who's products are high quality and durable.
