The owner is very nice. Our family purchased a very cute little golden retriever puppy from the shop and the owner himself guided us very well regarding how we should take care of the dog and when and how to fred her, how to bathe her and gave us cintacts of doctors and shops from where we can buy the dog feed specific to the breed. Even now I call the owner if I have any issue and he is always ready for the help. Very nice experience. No. 1 pet shop in Punjab.

Good for buying pet food and treats. Good collection of toys, leashes and harnesses too. Limited options in winter wear. Great range of treats and food for cats and dogs available.. I got my dog's vaccination done here. They have grooming facilities too.

Worst customer Service including owner was rediculosly disrespectful.
Not recommended at all .
