First experience Worst experience,
Owner is arrogant and rude. Charged for new cage and gave an old used cage claiming to be a new one and few days later when we asked to exchange the cage as previous one was having some issues, he refused stating it's 10 days used and asked for extra amount to exchange...

I guess for us hes the best..his guidance and information about fishes is very accurate has immense knowledge and experience.. his customer handling is very good and professional. Incase any of our fishes have not been well in the past hes guided us well...even if we call him late night..he will immediately respond and helps us out with immediate remidies..infact we have explored other places also but the way he deals with us we are happy customers..thank you and wish honey fish gallary lots of good luck and success..

Very nice place to get fishes and accessories. Owner was very polite and calm. Timely aquarium services with great satisfaction.

Just interested in selling but with Zero service.

This place only for sale products, zero after sales service. Bought aquarium from here with 7 fish initially. During installation, found that pump supplied with it not functioning properly and complained to guy working there. He said that he is coming in 30 minutes. Never came, i my self visited shop and replaced pump. I was told that I need to get aquarium serviced every 30 days and they will send service person at home for same proactively. Leave proactively aside, they are not sending it on my request. 6 fish out of 7 died. Then I contacted shop and they told me not to feed more which I already following. I requested guy to plz visit my place and see what’s the issue of dyeing fish, that guy didn’t come. I then brought 7 more fish and till date Only 2 fish are left out of 7. Let me tell u that my residence is 5 minutes walking distance from shop and society is right in front of shop. It feels really heart broken when u see someone dyeing in front of ur eyes and u feel really helpless. Pathetic service

Nice fishes are available all types off fishes are there either it's soft fish or either it's hard or it's semi soft and or semi hard price of all items are very genuine nd and every item is worth off its cost
Birds nd all type of dogs
Nd all items related to fishes like food medicines are available. Owner is very
cooperative nd nice. At last but not least everone must visit once

Very Very Bad service... totally disappointed ☹️
He only sell equipments and pet to customer and when we required any help then he don't pickup the call or even don't call back
very very unprofessional😏
Plz don't visit here.
