If your dog is like your baby, do not take them for bath here. They are so harsh and rude. If the dog sits, they will pull him up from the tail. No combing No conditioning.
The guy is not at all gentle. The chain collar used for bathing was too tight on the neck and they won’t listen at all.

Highly recommended place for all of your loved pets.

The store has ample collection of everything that your pet needs, be it feed, toys, beds, grooming services and the vet. I got entire vaccinations done for my Lab here and loved the care with which he was handled. The vet is very sweet and cares for your pet like her own, very gentle and provides proper vaccination card with all the details and is available for guidance on call as well.

Our pets favorite place as well we love the vibes... Awesome sensable people with hard working staff... Wide range and variety of pet products... They have a specialized doctor as well ... Affordable grooming services too... They help the pets getting adopted too for those who are unable to keep them coz of various reasons.😊

I had an excellent experience with the vet doctor here. My dog swallowed wet tissue late in the evening and no other vet doc/clinic/hospital provided us any emergency services. I remember it was 11:30 pm when we called her and she managed to provide the medication from her home. I am very thankful and recommend her for vet health services.
Pet shop is amazing as well. Wonderful stuff they have.

Had an amazing experience at this place. Whenever my dog has faced some problem, the vet is always there to guide me and also does a follow-up to make sure that my dog is fine. Also,the store here has all that you require from food, toys, clothes, houses etc.

One of the best Pet shops out there. I usually take my dogs their for grooming and veterinary check ups. I’ve had the best experience with Dr. Rupinder. I have a lot of strays that I am taking care of and Dr. Rupinder has guided me so much about handling and medicating the strays. I’ve saved lives of so many strays along the way with the help of Dr. Rupinder.

It's a great place to shop for your four paw friend.very friendly owner and staff as well.
But the best services are of that of a veterinarian.she is always ready to help and really treats your pet as her own.
Few months ago my puppy swallowed so ething that he shouldn't have. It was 12.30 in night. No medicine was available at pharmacy shops.so I called Dr. Rupinder and she helped me n gave medication to my dog without thinking twice that it was past midnight. Dr. Rupinder is an amazing VET

The vet here is very money minded and I think she is not registered also as she doesn't provide any prescription and charges double than the market. The money she takes only in cash and no transaction she does so that her identity is revealed..very fishy...

Otherwise the pet shop is good.
