Recently I get dog from here very good quality and service was excellent usually after sale done there no link between the shop and us but here it’s totally different he take care of puppy his Owen and given care was awesome very good experience with PS PET FACTORY

If u seek for pure breed please dont buy here, mostly every pups are not pure , we cant even locate the ancestors of the puppy, only if it grows you will come to know the puppy is not original at all, we bought a lab pup before 8months , now its looks like a mongrel dog ..

The worst experience i ever had so far,bought a pup from this shop and after few days only we came to know that the pup had behavioral issues,i tried training the pup but the trainer said it had parental behavior problem so will try to train but after a month we couldn't find much improvement in the pet,so found the pet to be very restless and couldn't even potty train him.So i contacted the pet shop and conveyed him the issue,and also asked for an exchange of pet,but the pup i bought was about 20k,at 1st they asked to bring the pup to the shop,they were so much eager to get me a new pup when i asked for a breed of higher cost than i was about to return,later when i returned my pup and asked for a breed of lower cost they took my pup and kept dodging to arrange another pup for more than 10 days saying they couldn't find a pup of the breed i asked for.I found that intentionally they didn't arrange a pet to give in return,knowing this i asked for my pup in return they said it was given to a breeder in Chennai but it was kept in their kennel at Kanagachettikulam near PIMS hospital,when i went to that kennel in person to bring my pet back they refused to give my pet as promised the day before,they demanded 3k for feeding my pup for 10 days but my pet looked so weak and lean it was not fed properly and it had ticks all over his body,after a long argument i got my pet back,so guys please my suggestion is not to get a pup from this shop in pondicherry,they speak very friendly only until getting the money from you later they behave in a very bad manner think thrice before getting a pet from this shop.

I bought a super top quality doberman puppy from here now he is 8 months old he is top muscular and awesome
