Went to them with 3 sick stray pups. They treated the dogs well and in a very professional manner. Doctor is very knowledgable and professional. Assistant staff is helpful. Time to time, I also take my pet dog to them for treatment and general grooming. Clean and well managed place. You can buy all pet related stuff under one roof. Would highly recommend Markan Pet Mall.

Very good place for the pet services, everything available, good guidence, very professional attitude, very capable staff, it's been eight years my pets visit and get services, we are very satisfied customers and would recommend the place, never seen anyone going out of balance, doctor or the staff, even if they are overloaded with work, most polite people. Thanks to all the boys and doctors and the owner.

Variety if products available for pets, price is same as online but you get to see the stuff in your hands so its better in person. Staff looks unenthusiastic about their work. Product quality is good.

Extremely rude staff. Show anger on a mute animal. Do not recommend leaving your pet with such rude staff. The bath given was highly unprofessional. Our dog teeth wasn't brushed, nails weren't clipped, ears are still dirty and so is his bum. The point of sending him for a bath was for him to be trimmed and clean, clearly that was not in their agenda. All the cleaner did was terrorize our pet by showing him a slap. He saw our dog trembling and said that how it's done. Disgusting

I m so thankful to Doc Diamond for his services and understanding, and cooperative nature. Thankfulness is a tiny word he saved my fur baby, and whenever we had a doubt, he cleared it very patiently. I wish I could have taken my elder fur baby Rocky to him; today, he would have survived. I highly highly recommend Markan pet mall. They have lovely pet toys, healthy food and a variety of treats that your fur baby will love for sure.

I went to enquire about a puppy for first time. The sales girl at the shop is not interested to listen to your requirements. She will look at you like why you have come to shop. I have requested her to share/show pic/video of available puppy but she did not shared. She said when you want to buy then she will show.

Also I have met few dog owners all have opinion to get puppy from some other place as this shop sold puppies are not healthy and suffered from some kind of diseases. The same opinion is from Vet doctor.

That was the first and last visit to this shop.
