Fabulous as always, can’t get enough of all the lovely products. Mishka and Laila though 3 and 9 loved their king kind of chewy toys. Loving the shampoo and paw cleaner too. Thanks for making Mishka’s 3rd birthday special with all the goodies. And Layla’s return gift has her floored too. Thank you 🐾💕💕

We bought a expensive bed for our little one. Within a month the cushion gave away. Then after much follow up, it was finally picked. But now just for rectifying the cushion they say they will take 4-5 days!!

Very disappointed!

Well, the product was delivered. We would have been happier if this service was given without us having to escalate. But the good thing is at least their system takes feedback seriously. So moving score from 2 to 3

This goes to the particular store and the staff, these guys are amazing the level of service they provide is unmatchable.. i have come across such sales/retail ppl after a very long time (being from retail space I am saying that). The delight they deliver to the customer is something to learn from, I have just visited them once and taken assistance and shopped telephonically a lot of times..

Impressive collection of pet related items.I must mention here the incredible experience I had at the store at WorldMark ,Gurgaon.The manager there Mr.Alam is such a helpful person that he made all the arrangements and got products delivered at my residence in Patna.I am very satisfied and wish you all the best .

Thanks for all the help to ensure my pet, Shiro is Diwali ready with this Captain America harness. The right size was not available at the store in Gurgaon but the HUFT team went the extra mile to deliver the same to my house the very next day. Shiro loves the new gift :)
