Staff is very supportive and helpful Excellent value for your money. I tried other Other Pet shops but baroda pet world's services this one is the best. They care about Full Hygiene and cleaning .My experience with Baroda Pet World has been awesome. And all his requirements for his squeaky toys to clothes to treats are met under one roof. The staff are great and very look after the pets with care. Must Visit Place.

Dear, there's nothing about hurting of ego... and we are quite grownups... Okay!!

There was no one at the Counter when we reached your Shop. We entered inside looking for someone & thereafter the staff came out from some store/room inside (you may check your CCTV footage).

We remove the footwears at many places... there's absolutely no issue in doing so... but please keep the floor clean. At a pet shop you need to be more particular (do clients need to tell you that...?).

When we said we would not prefer to remove the footwear because of the dirty floor, the staff responded saying "mara pan pag karab thai che ne..." (even my feet get dirty... (so what - tone)). That was an "impolite gesture". We didn't feel like taking to the staff any further... and came out of the shop & left.

The staff could have very well cleaned atleast the small portion of the floor & requested us to remove the footwears & come back... but itni tamiz kidhar!

Ask your staff to go back to school & take lessons on how to be polite... please see if you too can.

Of my so many reviews (you may check), this is probably the first (or second) review where I have been critical & have given only 1 star (because there's no provision to give zero star).

Please if you can comprehend & understand instead of getting into a war of words with your clients/visitors.

I'm neither a spam user nor any sort of guide. I rate the places I visit when prompted by Google.

We travelled from one end to the other end of the City (16 kms) to buy some requirements we had for our pets & buy a few new pets. We were disappointed to see the place dirty & the unprofessional response received from the staff. It was discouraging for us to buy or avail any services.

We visited the place based on the good rating the Shop enjoys on Google, which we NOW suspect is fake & fabricated by the Owner himself.

Suggestion to the Owner:
Please listen to your clients. Don't argue OR try to prove them wrong. Focus on cleanliness... it's of prime importance first & foremost for the pets you sell. Be present at the Shop OR hire professional & mature staff who can talk responsibly with the clients!

Things are good but the attitude or the way the shopkeepers talks is either very rude. You will not like to ask anything more. But variety is there.

Soft skills missing.🤣

I think this has been one of the best experiences
that I ever had of owning a pet in almost 20
years. Mr Nilay - the owner of this awesome
pet store is an excellent person who really
connects with the customer and shares his
frank opinion whether you like it or not. Another name worth mention is Ajaybhai who really helps you with all your queries. What really amazed me is that they insist you to take the pet to a vet immediately and in case of any major disease they assure you to refund the money or give you
a replacement. Another think that I really liked was the individual time they spent with the customer in explaining the diet for your pet Although the store insisted me a lot to take the cultured Pomeranian to a vet I did not feel like going for it because looking at the way the animals were kept at the store I was quite confident that there would be no issues. Thanks Mr Nilay and Ajaybhai for helping me become a Dog Parent again after almost 6 years since I left my hometown

Continuously taken follow up and waited a 2 weeks for puppy but not even a good response or reply , don't think Mr. Ajay Amin wants to good at his job. Pathetic response.

Best pet shop We Bought grey From Them Our romio (grey) Is Super tamed When they give us and The Owner Himself Guided Us Very Well about Breed , diet , care everything Nilay Bhai Have Ultimate Knowledge about Pets , We visited So Many Shops For African Grey But We only satisfied With Baroda Pet World ,

Best quality fish i brought sk gold from there they have good collection.

It's a very good pet shop. Do visit it.
