Usually i don’t write reviews but after reading so many negative reviews of dr Chawla i can’t stop myself writing about my experience with doctor and clinic..
Last year i was shifted from Noida to Lucknow and my biggest worries was a good Pediatricians for my twins as their Pediatricians is really too good. I had visited many doctor in city but no one match my expectations and the standard which i had already set but my search end when i met Dr Chawla. He is very knowledgable and never prescribed unnecessary medicine don’t scare parents by creating hype about things…these days we all need doctors like him trust me he is best and about his staff they are also good yes there is no prior appointment like things it is first come first serve basis that can cause a bit problem because of the waiting time but for doctor like chawla its all worth

At last i can only say may b some parents have some bad experience but that doesn’t make him a bad doctor please visit him and decide by your own experience don’t decide by bad reviews only

Highly insensitive clinic. Yesterday I waited for 2 hours with my Autistic kid (3yrs), who was having 103 degree fever. I urged the staff several times to consider his case on priority as his anxiety was increasing with waiting period.

Can you imagine how difficult it would be for a kid who can't communicate & express his discomfort while his body temperature continues to rise.

The insensitive staff is enough to give clear idea, as how would their master be, who charges ₹ 700 for mere consultancy.

Would never recommend any parent to visit. It's a cash minting centre.

Thanks to my colleagues, who advised me better clinic than Dr A C Chawla's.

I find this clinic as very insensitive and inhuman. All because of the lady receptionist sitting at front desk. I Have encountered her inhuman behaviour twice. My 2 yr old son was burning with fever and complaining about stomach ache crying continuously infront of everyone she informed us that our turn will cone after half an hour.We waited there for more than 15 20 mins but as my child was inconsolable we thought of giving him a ride to pacify him and this lady asked us to return the consultation form and take back money. We asked her does that mean u will give us fresh number when we will come back on which she replied ofcourse yes. And she never gives fresh appointment if you arriveve there 15 mins prior to closing time.She would allow everyone who has come for vaccination as that would yield more money.I dont think Dr is unaware about all this. But with such negativity around i would not want to visit this clinic again in future.

He is one of the best pediatricians in Lucknow, he listens to all the problems very carefully & the staff is also very kind. I would definitely recommend him🤌🏻

Doctor is good but his staff is very useless , No one is professional.
Apart from this, the one who is their dietician and Mamta does not even know how to talk properly.

Good doctor but pathetic appointment practice. Staff, especially lady at reception is very rude. Takes hours to meet the doctor with no transperency about que and the lady is so full of attitude as if she is the doctor herself.
