Good place, Zoom cars are clean and checked before ride starts

Very dirty place. They have a public toilet just before the entrance which keeps smelling all the time.
The staffs are not very helpful.
The car condition is also not very good and they don't cooperate at all.
Even if you call the customer care they are of no much help.
The only advantage of Zoom car is that it's near to airport and less expensive.
Bad part: poorly maintained cars, not cleaned, they don't sanitize the car but they claim that that they do.
If u ask for some refunds as the car is not up to the mark they keep giving some lame excuses apart from helping the customers.

The place is hell.. Everywhere there is mud. Dnt wear expensive shoes while getting the car.
The car given was pathetic. All dirty and not sanitized.. Door lock was not working.
Zoom car service is the worst i have experienced.
Rating has to be negative.
Dnt go fr zoom cars.

Booked for 10 days. We have not faced any problem while driving. Good condition except chassis has some damaged because vech is dirven by many users in different road and circumstances. Only required more cleaning before handed over to anyone, a waiting room with toilets facility and entrance road to be highlighted because people may come after long journey. Staffs are very cooperative and polite. I will book again .

The Parking lot could have better access. There are different cars to choose from in this parking lot. But the entrance lacks a normal road. It is just a pathway of mud to enter. A lot of people are there to help you get the car and the cars are clean. I received mine clean and saw other cars getting cleaned by the respective people who are there to take care of the cars.

The rating is based on the ease of doing business with zoom, had an airport pick up went to the lot the car was ready to be dispatched even before we reached there. It was a quick less than 5 min process to be completed before we get going. The Lot could be a lot cleaner and well maintained but that didn't matter much since we didn't have to spend a long time over there.

The place in itself is inside a lane. We went after Sun down so had a bit of lighting issues while inspecting the car before taking over. Could improve on the lightings, it will be much easier to inspect the car before and after. Otherwise the area is big with a lot of cars inside. Also people there were good and dealt with through professionalism.

Remember to wear closed shoes such as sneakers, but preferably old ones, because the tiny road/alley to this place is an extremely muddy one. The rest of the service by zoomcar is good and make sure that they drive the car up to the 45B bus stop. Otherwise you might damage the car before even starting your trip!
