Oriental Garage

We had an issue with the Renault car and we had approached them as they were the official Renault service center in Sirsi - as per the official toll free number of Renault.

Issues we had with the Oriental Garage :
1. Even after 2 days of raising the issue, there was no reply from them
2. When reached out to them multiple times, finally they visited our place to check the vehicle
3. Without even inspecting the vehicle , they wanted to tow the vehicle to Hubli - why ? Because it was covered by the insurance company , they did not have much business and yes - they owned a towing vehicle !
4. They took Rs 800 for doing nothing !
5. Calculate the towing charges to Hubli ( 100 km away from Sirsi ) amount for god knows what !

We got a local mechanic later and found the battery had gone low. We got the vehicle fixed for less than rs 1000 !

Worst service ever !

For even a small problem in your car, they will suggest to tow the vehicle to hubli. They have a towing service and they make money both ways.

Avoid going to this Garage... They are bunch of cheaters.
