Mayurpankhi Ghat

A good place to take a walk in the evening. But as there is no option around the area is too crowded and there is no place to even stand properly. As I have visited around rainy season and the water flow was good in the Ganges, it looked really beautiful. The small waves and the breeze were rhythmical and the full moon made it more powerful as a single composition of three natural phenomenas. 8/10. A must visit in a non crowded day.

Very good place With parks and seating place beside ganga where you can enjoy quality time with your closed ones be it friends, family or loved ones. You have playing area specifically for children and walking place in the park area same place for senior citizens.

A good place to spend time in morning and evening. The sunrise view from here is just too beautiful. Also in evening you can go for walk and take a break here.

Love this ghat. Here you can bath at Ganga river. You can sit here.

One can enjoy river view sitting by this ghat .Adjacent parks are closed temporarily ,may be due the pandemic situation. This place needs to be kept more clean.
There is a small Lord Jagannath temple opposite this ghat. Original name of this ghat is Jagannath ghat. Recently ,a sitting area with the shape of Mayurpankhi boat has been constructed here.

It's a beautiful ghat with a seating arrangement on the bank of river Hooghly... There is a boat that looks like a peacock.. from which the name "Mayurpankhi" is derived... In the evening you can enjoy this wonderful riverside view with your friends... Perfect place for gossiping...

This place looks great. Many people visit here. Ganga can be felt best by sitting here. Couples can also come here and enjoy with their partners. From now on, the Ganga looks great. Anyone from kids to old can come here and have fun. Such a beautiful place is really amazing.Every time I come here I am very happy. Very clean place. The Ganga Ghat is great to see.
