Krishna Sayer Park

Why 5 stars? Emotions, I guess. If you're reading this review you're probably looking for some peace and quality time. You're looking at the right destination. Burdwan has many things I don't like at all, but there's one thing I absolutely love is: KSP (Krishna Sayer Park)! It is so well maintained! And the place is just BEAUTIFUL! Trees are all over the place, some are really really tall and old. The Lake is the main attraction! It looks absolutely ethereal when the sunlight reflects back at you from the lake surface. The flower gardens are well maintained and bloom beautiful flowers all seasons. IT IS COUPLE FRIENDLY. THAT'S AMAZING?! Isn't it, you can hang out with your loved one here with no worries and have a really good time. Obviously you should maintain your own dignity for your own safety (it's WB, you never know).
Anyways apart from all that, it has a small children's park inside which is okay-ish I would say. The food stall inside the park costs everything more than MRP which is pretty bad but what can we do? You can sit on the benches and shades and chill. Goodluck!

Edit: The ticket costs 30 Rs. for 2 hours (right now April,2022). The park closes @6PM evening.

Beautiful place, surrounded by natural beauty. The lake is amazing, the view from the wooden platform gives a surreal feeling. BTW be aware of thousands of monkeys, they probably don't like humans 😂

Lovers' point of Burdwan. This place has its scenic beauty, calmness, fresh air. One of the few places in Burdwan town where couples can spend private time. Strict no for kids, not-so friendly place for old people.

Beautiful and very pleasant park... In the month of January, Krishna Sayar Festival is organized (22nd to 31st)... Visit the park during this period... you may feel happy and enthusiastic...

It was a awsum mela 😍😍 and the entry fees is only ₹10. View of Lake side at night and lighting feels like half Diwali 😅. Variety of shops are there specially d winter pitha😋😋. Children's can enjoy various rides❣️. A art exhibition is there bst for art lovers 🤩

As a Nature Park...it is awesome but... BUT... please preserve it, protect it and properly nourish it.

Well decorated park with large area . Place for birds and snakes are to be renovated to attract tourist.

Nice place and pond is too vast. Area is so large . ☺️
