Kechanda Reservoir

Its a bird watcher,s paradise in the winter

It is a nice place for who love exploring nature...The local people calls this BANDH ..bcz it is a natural dam..there is a road and in one side of it, a rice field & in the other side is a reservoir...the best time to there is 3.30-4.30...there is not much water at summer but u can enjoy the forest beside the reservoir but please do not leave the main road going through the forest...and always go in groups, who can walk at least 4 to 5 km...then only u can enjoy the forest.

Nice place.....who love forest

The place is near jhargram. Nice hangout place for the youngsters now a days as deer park aka jungle mahal zoological park is closed due to covid 19 pandemic. Nice water body. It was built by the king of jhargram. So it's name is Rajbandh.

Very beautiful place for fishing.beside the reservoir sal forest surrounding the area.this area is very pleaser weather.picnic spot is available here.
