Vivekananda Udyan, Bhagabati Park

A nice and small park.
One of the famous Durga puja is organised here every year.
Located near amarpally bus stop dumdum
I used to go there frequently.
Nice and good place.

This is one of the populated locality in north Kolkata. In one side you have heavily crowded business beside Jessore Road, inside the place calm & quiet. Its value increased because its presence in the vicinity of Diamond Plaza mall. Overall this place is good for business as well as for living. As in cons side, Jessore Road is one of the most congested road in Kolkata and you will find yourself locked in such traffic. Very hard to get legal parking spot but if you dare you can park anywhere.

Small outdoor play ground inside the Park. Not well maintained. It's located near starting point of Nagerbazar flyover. The authority celebrate Durga puja every year in this park with great enthusiasm.

Every year they illusrate amazing theme and idol during Durga Puja. Must visit this place

Bhagabati Park is a nice locality in total SDDM area. It is neat and clean, airy, fresh due to planned housing, clear water tank inside the park. Park is safe as full park is covered with CCTV network.

It was 2019 when I visited the place on the occassion of Durga Puja and personally the place was very well maintained by the puja committee

It's a good playground. In rainy season, nobody plays due to mud. It's not well maintained throughout the year
