A nice place to visit with family & friend. U can enjoy your day & relax completely. Have some beer and take sunbath along. Nice sea view and Mountain valley is very close.

I think it should be little more clean but good place to jogging. Area is small but you can do lite jogging.

Modi park is well maintain by colonizers but till the transport Nagar not shifted area is polluted.
