Good mantained park by amritsar cantonment board for morning and evening walk. Walking tracks are provided. In early morning their is yoga classes also . For health fitness their is health machines likes for maling pull ups. Situps, for back etc
Cold drinking water is also available here .
A lot of greenery and well maintainance make you fan . These days the park is temporary closed due to a bore well to be drilled inside it .
Otherwise it is open to public from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm
A wall of kindness is also constructed outside the park. Where you can put the things youhave extra for the sake who do not havevthe same

For relaxing and doing exercise in natural environment it is good place.
Rush hours are in the evening
Some exercise machines are also installed

Nice place for elders and kids . Been there for the first time. Moreover place is clean and park is well managed
