Saket Bio Diversity Park

Very good hsg societies. Approach to city centre much easier and comfortable than other complexes on ghodbunder road. Society has its own transport service to the city centre at 10 min frequency.

This place is being built. Trees and flowers plants have grown. Play equipments for children has been installed. Once completed this will be the biggest and longest park in Thane. Starting from Kalwa bridge and extending all the way till Saket Complex, near MIDC water pipe line. The park has view of the mangroves and the creek that brings migratory birds like flamingos. There is also a proposal to start water transport from Colaba to Andheri via Virar.

👍 But plz don't travel on saket road because there is heavy traffic on this road , thank 's to truck, s and Dumper that are allowed on a large number during day time on this road (main reason of Traffic) 👎, 🚘🚗🚖🚕🚔🚙🚚🚛🚜🚝🚎🚍🚌🚇🚆👎👎👎👎👎👎Often horrible condition in night and also in day, reason I Am yet to find it.

Huge ground. Reasonably maintained and managed. On main Street connecting Thane with kalwA bridge

if u are talking of saket police ground it is not meant for common people. if u are talking of inside saket hsg society ground it is full with car parking of society members.

It's a big ground two basket ball court is their 400m running space is there and long jump hand ball foot ball court is also there.

It's s police academy sports complex. New young recruits are examined physically for employment as police constable.

It's such nice space but not maintained at all. They have started calling it biodiversity park on what norms god knows. Construction work of bridge near it has worsened the place. Previously we use to visit it for jogging and chilling place in evening but now don't feel that at all to visit it.
