The place has arranged for those who come to enjoy the beauty of the sea.There is also a small park for children.The place gets quite crowded during the holidays.Also, it is very crowded on festive days.It's okay to visit a family gathering.There are also a few small snack restaurants nearby.There is also ample parking space.It works under the District Tourism Department but does not have adequate safeguards.

One of the best place nearby areas. But the facility was nice, now not good.....

One of the best well maintained beach of Malappuram...but still can be done more...

Road to beach is of very poor condition

Thooval theeram is situated in kettungal... Also known as Kettungal beach... It's totally Changed... Lots of people are coming here to spend time with family and friends. Also there is a children's playing activity area with fees.

Appropriate time to visit here is morning or evening.

Plenty of parking space is available here for vehicles.
There are a lot of food stalls situated there .

Less crowded on week days.. road to beach is very narrow from main road..ample parking available..there is long beach however shore is full of debris, it will be good if authorities clean and maintain the beach and park properly.. visitors too have responsible by not throwing waste on the beach...there are multiple snack bars also available..

A nice beach which has a small play area adjacent to the beach for little kids and all. Beautiful nature to spent quality time with family and friends, the beauty of sea and waves fills in our mind. The beach needs to be more clean as there is lot of waste been thrown in. I would suggest keeping dustbins to encourage proper disposal of waste. There is a kids train and some other electronic play things for small kids which they charge. There is also a bouncing air inflated slide too for the kids. The walk way to the beach is good. There is 10 Rs entry fees for car. You can find pickles, sweets, pop corn etc and other eatables too.. so a nice place in total.

Nice spot to visit with family on a weekend.
