Thumboormuzhi Butterfly Park

Been there twice. We crossed the bridge, which is the main highlight of the place. Went down to the water... beautiful it was.

A great place to visit and a calming place for a walk. Abundant of butterflies as we walk around and a good place for children to play. The hanging bridge is a marvel to walk upon with breathtaking view.

Calm and cool place for kids & families.. No much rides for kids to explore but still they can enjoy with slides ans swing... can spend half of the day... don't carry any food, or else Monkeys will take it out. We will get snacks, ice cream and juice, but it's not free 😉😅

Butterfly Park is one of the beauties of Athirappily. Its main attraction is the hanging bridge and the view of hills and daam from it. It remains open from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM and it looks magical in the afternoon. During the rainy season it's best time to visit this Park. Do visit there if you visit Kerala!

Beautiful well maintained garden with the suspension bridge. It's kid friendly as well. Outside parking is INR 30, inside the park it is INR 10. The entry fee for adults is INR 20 and kids it is INR 15. Once you cross the bridge, there is another park with a separate entry fee, but not worthwhile. Food options are limited so better eat at Athirapally. Inside the washrooms are clean and free to use. For some reason they don't allow entry into the riverbed anymore.

Its a small check dam in Chalakkudy river. It a panoramic view of river. A hanging bridge over the river. Its tha main attraction of the spot..Garden and wash rooms keep clean. Opens at 9 am..

Good place to spend with family. Kids would love it. Entering the river is not allowed as of now. Hanging bridge connecting Ezhattumukham on other side is a wonderful experience.

The hanging bridge is a good one especially for people who are seeing sucha thing for the first time.. The view of the river and the check dam is also nice
