This small childrens park run by KOTTAKKAL municipality , 5 or more manual rider available , expect more improvement from the side of municipal authorities. Garden and small plants Without drying out and getting that much correct water irrigation.a big water pool is not suitable for the childrens park, the pool is dangarous be careful the parents .

Beautification was awesome considering the condition of the pool was years ago. But the poor maintenance deteriorates everything. We could see trashes inside pool and dilapidated walk way and rusty iron rails. When I visited, the park and surrounding were stinky.

Children's park is maintained by Kottakkal Municipality. It's not a big park compare with other top notch Parks. Benches are there to sit. Ever playing equipments in the park is not in a good condition and some of them rusted too.
These kind of park needs more attention and care from the part of authorities. There should be more playing items for childrens to play. Orchard constructed near the park also ruined due to non-maintenance. The small pond, which situated very much near to park is totally in a neglected state. We can see solid waste flowing in the pond.
In our old days these pond attracted so many children, where they studied first lessons of swimming and it was a hanging out place of people in the locality in the evening.

A children's park is a must in a town like Kottakkal. Even if it is small, I congratulate the municipality for their efforts to build this.
