Childrens play area is there, so you can enjoy with your childrens....
I visited here on evening time, I think evening time is better than other timing... No problem you can decide what time better for you....

The park is filthy with no one looking back. The authorities must be careful. Plastic waste is found in and around water

A place for relaxing for a while, but it is not worth travelling long for reaching this place. Perhaps, an Useful evening spot for local people on a summer evening. However, the park need a lot of improvements for receiving guests. Need good seating at least. Need a better preparation and presentation of mangrove forest on the edge of the land bordering with backwater. Can have a bridge to walk into water and enjoy the bigger sky and breeze. Ho, a lot can happen over there.

Opposite side of kaali park. Best place to spend the evening to watch sunset and fishing. Not a travel spot though.
