The place consists of cheaper rents but the problem is it has one way road and u need to travel alot from their inorder to reach the metro or highway.

This sector 27 park is with in the residential colony surrounded with flats around.
this park is having a walking track for the morning and evening walkers.
this park is having aminity like sitting bench aroung the park just attached to walking track as if you are tired enough than take a brethe by sitting on these cement bench.
this park is full of greenery with full of grass and big shade of tree make it cool to sit and send time as the kid can play as small kid jhulla are there for the kid to play with.
this park is well covered with boundry wall with multiple entry with full of fresh air environment friendly.
