It's a good park to just hang around for an hour or two especially is in midst of the city hustle so honking of vehicles and other noises are bound to happen but at night time after 9 pm it becomes a chill out zone.

Nice nature but it should be maintained properly by the Nagarpalika. Disturbed Paverblocks arrangements , improper hygiene of place, water level maintenance in summer in the lake, maintenance of the lake and cleanliness.
