It is almost 3-4km walking in total so try to avoid taking old age people. Do carry water bottles.
Try to visit in winter and monsoon season since in summer it is difficult to cop up with heat.
No proper path and map marking.
Nomenclature boards are teared off.
Newly added lion, tiger and leopard areas are well maintained and nice furnished.
Dinosaur and blue whale fossils can be seen.
The dinosaur park is fun, although some of the fossil spaces were still locked when I visited (yes, it needs improvements but what doesn’t).
The new spaces for the three big cats is encouraging - hopefully all animals can get more space to move around. Some animals move around you- like gray langurs, nilgai, deer, squirrels, dogs, lots of peacocks and peahens (all friendly- don’t feed them though)
Not too big, not too small - enough to enjoy the sound of birds, be in awe of nature in general and allow yourself to relax for a few hours- at your own pace. If you go early enough you can miss the crowd. All in all, peaceful place to have a fresh morning.
4 stars - 1 star pending for better washrooms, crisp presentation of valuable fossils and the blue whale skeleton and maybe a little map of the place (digital perhaps)
You can plan day visit for this place.
Easily reachable location.
You can consider this as mini zoo(in terms of animals and birds).
Variety of animals and birds could be found here. Area of this is very very big(carry water with you 😂).
There is nominal fees for entry.
Restroom and canteen facilities are available inside the park.
Parking has also very vast space.
Worth visiting place.
Zoo park is so so they have 1 royal bangel tiger (white tiger ) is good and make place good for tiger and lion
