Asian Paints Colourideas - Beena Hardware

There is no doubt about Asian paints quality. But the shop keeper, neither is he proficient nor is he of any help. And definitely doesn't know how to talk to customers. Had my order cancelled Because they couldn't give the product in time and didn't inform the non availability well in time.

Worst service and rude behaviour. This store owner behaves as if he owns Asian brand. We had ordered a wallpaper and they confirm to us on the availability and agreed to install by Monday. Then they call after four days and say it would take 30 days to get the specific wallpaper two days before our housewarming and we were left with no option. The owner dint have the courtesy to regret for the inconvenience caused. Very insensitive to the requirements of the customer. Overall a ridiculous experience and highly unprofessional entrepreneurs.

Experienced staff,Ms Harshitha helped me to find the perfect colors for my house by showing in computer,I'm thankful with her work, customer will get satisfaction and the store is also well maintained,you can get the good quality products in reasonable rate.
