This is awesome and fabulous store i ever visited,i would thanks to Mr nawed for helping me to choose best eye glasses for me and very thankful to his behaviour towards every one..i would suggest everyone to visit this store and met with Mr nawed...

Though I am customer from almost beginning of this shop in Ranchi but got mood to write few words. My favorite shop. Staffs are well trained, groomed & caretaking, good adviser to older people. The moment I enter the shop they immediately rush to help me. Mani one of them mostly attend me. He has read me so my time is saved in dealing. I am always given the best & the latest quality products.

We went for a frame servicing and maintenance. Quick resolution provided by staff members and issue was resolved immediately. Great service.keep up the good work Titan team.

Titan eye is giving wrong measurements. India wake up and careful with this titan store.
They reduce my eye power and ask for new glass. I paid for new glass.
Now i got headaches and went eye dr. For eye check. Now dr. Confirmed that measurement took at Titan eye was wrong.

Titan eye is playing with our health.

The showroom has very good collection of specs & sunglasses. Their after sell service is very good...The stuff members are very co-operative.
