Dr. Sathish kumar found the problem and solve the problem in quickly almost one year reached till No problem. Thank you sir.
We enquired at 6 o clock to the staff and asked the timing of doctor arrival... They told that u can come now and check ur eye with the nurse then after doctor arrival he will check u. But till the last they did not answer my question becoz they them self did not know when the doctor May come. Since they told that nurse will check first and then only went to the hospital... The visiting time is also till 10 pm.. But the hospital is saying that at 8.45 our appointments are closed...after 2 hours of waiting, we returned without eye checkup...
Money alone does not matter... We were ready to pay the cost... But good management and character is required.... A doctor have to see all the patients who were accepted for appointment on that day.... But here they accepted the appointment and refused to see us.... In a review nehha nethralaya has posted that doctor will see all the patients till the last one ... But today they cancelled our appointment after 2 hrs of waiting... Each one's time is valuable... If they would have informed it before my 2hours of times would not be wasted.
Very worst patient care in this hospital.. Not worth of giving a single star rating..
Very horrible in time & patient management. Waited around 1 hour and nothing turned up, And I walked out of nehha nethralaya.
After one and Half an hour later, I received call from them but I was treated in karthikeya eye & dental hospital, consulted Dr. Vel Ram for the eye problem.
I see few good reviews as well as criticizing on the management, and it looks like the issue not addressed yet.
In one of the review I see, you were telling that patient giving bad review as you are charging them, which is not at all accepted.
