This is one of the pioneer nursing home in Central Howrah. Initially this nursing home offered nice, quality medical assistance. However, with the passage of time quality of services declined rapidly. Local people, nowadays, prefer other nursing homes.

Horrible experience,Booking system next to impossible .Maybe the staff attendant & receptionist are money minded ..No parking available for patients ...available for doctors only .how mean .they are expecting all the patients will come by bikes even pregnant ladies also ...such a cheap n worst hospital i have seen in my life .patient will die waiting for treatment.but they don't have any response ...not recommended even at no cost ..

There is a lady, in the OPD section, wearing an old white lab coat. Her only job is to call patients during OPD hours. Her attitude is sky high. She acts like she is the boss of the work. Unnecessarily she complecates the process, so the patient families get confused. I am telling you, she is a piece of art.

Facilities here are good than usual but many times you will find doctors are not avialable not in the case of emergencies. The behaviour of staffs is very much unprofessional.
