May be this is a good hospital in view of some people of harda but I don't find a single reason to mark it more than 1 star. There are so many things which needs to be taken care of. I felt no difference b/w this nursing hone and a low class hospital. Management is so poor and seniors are so irresponsible.

I visited here for a cesarion operation at the time of admission tired to choose best available room not minding cost but in 2 hours I saw so many problems in their best room (as per them). Rain water was coming from windows. Everywhere spit marks and painted red every where. Toilet was not clean properly. And even no light and water was in bathroom. Complained 4 Times in 5 hours but no resolution. Same problem in each and every room we tried. (Total 3 rooms in 5 days stay)

If I leave infrastructure issue, there are insects , ants, lizards and bugs all over the room. Asked administration to check this but no one did anything. Post surgery patient was unconscious and complained about something moving on legs, initially we said it might be due to sansation of post anesthesia effect but when it increased we saw red ants 🐜 on bed of patient it self and biting her. Just imagine if it will reach to infants bed. We can not notice this things as never expect it in any nursing home which claims and promise so many things.

Nursing and housekeeping Staff is very helpful but Administration and management is so pathetic. Dr is very rude, talks to everyone like they don't understand anything and don't explain problems properly. Only money minded and that is the only concern to her. No TPA or cashless tie-up .

It's very well mannered staff good coordination with patients. Mr.Rajendra shinde assisted very well and taken good care towards patients. Overall experience is satisfactory.

Dr.mamta jiwane did a great job with my first ever health exam.she explained everything to me in a very clear manner.she was also kind and friendly. All the staff was great they were helpful.,and specially the pharmacist rahul

Good communication skills for sir madam and all of the staff excellent work medical facilities are available 24 hrs
