नारलाई कस्बे के देखने योग्य महत्वपूर्ण स्थानो मे से भंवर गुफा भी एक है । यह गुफा भीषण गर्मी में भी अपनी ठंड़क के लिये विख्यात है। कभी गर्मी के मौसम मे यहां काफी भीड़ रहती थी लेकिन आज एसी कूलर के जमाने मे अब इसका क्रेज कम हो गया है ।यह गुफा पहाड़ की तलहटी में आई माताजी के मंदिर के कुछ ही मीटर के फासले पर स्थित है । विशाल पत्थर के नीचे स्थित इस गुफा के अन्दर भगवान शिव का मंदिर भी है जहां लोग बिना झुके खड़े -खड़े ही सीढियों से चढ़कर पहुंच सकते है ।नारलाई आने वाले देश विदेश के पर्यटक भंवर गुफा जरूर देखने आते है । यहा से चंद कदमों की दूरी पर ही होटल रावला नारलाई स्थित है जहां आने वाले सैकड़ो पर्यटक प्रतिदिन गुफा देखकर लुत्फ उठाते है ।
