Government Museum Krishnagiri (Archeological Museum)

Really nice place to visit. We can get more knowledge about Krishnagiri district there. Even though the museum is small in size but it's very good. Nearly it takes at least one and half hour to see all the things in museum

Man I dint knew that this museum exists in Krishnagiri before... I came to know about this while it came in my Google map recommendations..... So I decided to check out...
Its a well maintained government museum...
Has collections of ancient stuff related to krishnagiri...
Saw ancient weapons and stones....
Good tourist place in Krishnagiri....
I would suggest that that they can improve more by adding more ancient stuffs used by Kings....

It's very small museum in one room having several stuffed specimens and skeletons of animals of natural history,some BC times tools and terracotta objects along with few items of lively sculpture and hero stones of modern times collected around this area and placed in open space makes it a nice place to visit if you have some time.

Small Museum, well managed, some antiques, and informative collection for school going kids.

Script stoned and sculpture are genuine
