Beautiful place

The Dansborg of Tarangambadi is a lovely historic monument , in a stunning location by the sea . It houses an Art and History Museum run by The TN Govt . But it is in a shameful condition. Exhibits are arranged in haphazard manner , without proper captions, valuable historic documents are displayed carelessly , there is no proper lighting at all . Really painful to see such negligence . It is better the Govt gives it to some private company to run it better .

Beautiful place historic! The paysage is magnificent! Worth visiting though il is so hot!!!

Located opposite to Danish fort. It contains three sections. 1. How Danish explorer reached India. 2. 1700 period marine items museum 3. Current Denmark Photos.

It’s worth a visit.
