This museum was stated with a purpose to conserve. The works of art are made out of plastic, metal, wood etc waste. This was started as a symposium at first where artists of many countries congregated to create various works of art. It was then inaugurated by Hon'ble CM of Odisha. The museum was supposed to be handed over to Bhubaneswar Development Authority for maintenance. But that handover hasn't happened yet. As a result, the works of art are already beginning to deteriorate. No proper display signs as well. Some benches have been installed, though.

Definitely one of the parks for locals and outsiders to visit once. Newly built, lot to be done in terms of development to have more visitors. Located in K7 Kalinga Vihar, is one of its kind in Bhubaneswar

It was never a museum. It was a temporary festival to display creations made out of junk in 2018. Itbwas never taken care. Now its just a jungle
