Every details is given in the planetarium about the life span of Pathani Samanta, his works, tools and mechanism that are personally used by Pathani Samanta. Very good place mostly silent place, the guide will guide you in almost every major language mostly in English, Hind and local language oriya. I liked this place so much because it's a great place for students to develop their scientific curiosity. This place doesn't have an entry fee.
This is a mini museum, consisting of only two floors as on date. That's a bit of a downer because this is no way to have a museum for Pathani Samanta at his birth place. He was an astronaumer and mathematician of great stature. Yet I rated it 5 ⭐ because it's still good for young kids.
It's approximately 70 kms from Bhubaneswar and parents should take their children there. It's a solid and serene😌 place and can be a great packed-food picnic spot. After all, this is the birth place of the genius.
Each floor has its own guide to demonstrate to the kids about the guiding principles used by the genius.
Loved this place. Though we came to worship at the adjacent Umadei temple, we decided to visit the museum after the temple priest informed us about it.

This village is the birthday place of Pathani Samanta and this museum is near by to his home. Well maintained place and few of his used hand made equipments are on display at this place. A must visit place to explore the rare collection and information about Pathani Samanta.
