Kalidham Ghat

It's amusing to see such a river flowing so smoothly. The sunset view is epic and it is almost vacant. This place is attached with a small village at it's bank.

Awesome place but no good route

Neat and clean ghat.Here rush is very much less than Gawarighat.Water is nice clean and clear.Can be used for drinking.Bathing is allowed,but washing clothes,using shoap,detergent are prohibited. Ideal place for Chahhth puja. Here sunset point is awesome.

Quiet and peaceful place...

It is a very peaceful place, one can come here is to just enjoy river side, cool wind is blowing which is very soothing.
People come here is take bath, swim in river and relax with family and friends.

Lovely bank of river for our religious ritual fest of Surya puja,a fest of chath to be done.beautiful arrangements done by chath puja samiti.

Place can be reached via tilhari road or via SAM mall road which goes to Gwarighat.. The place is not lit though, but has undisturbed natural beauty. The water area at the front is deep. However to the left and right of the porch, its shallow.. be careful with the rocky terrain. Don't try to run as you might hit sudden bulging rocks beneath water. Water clearer than other ghats as its not crowded and flooded with the ritual things like flowers and stuff like that.
It has no hawker shops on normal days. Only during an occassion you can get those holy things here and a crowd too!

Everytime i visit this place i absolutely enjoy it but it's best at its early mornings or at evenings
