Kakra Khoh Waterfalls are situated just before Mandu and near Ashmedha Fossil Museum. These waterfalls must be visited during monsoon so that one must feel the real beauty of the nature. We visited there in the month of January and there was hardly any water left. You can opt for Camel Ride which is available there for Rupees 100 for 2 persons. Overall Seems like a Nice Place which we visited on a wrong time.

View is nice but can really enjoy in monsoon or just after monsoon season. Nearby a dinosaur park is also there. Some say it has some dinosaur Fossil over there. This waterfall is just at the starting of mandav side by road. You can also click some pictures with some traditional Rajasthani dresses which is available there

Kakra water fall is awesom place .near fassil park for children and enjoy it.A treasure trove of fossilised tree trunks, dinosaur fossils that date back to over 6.5 crore years ago, Ashmadha Fossil Park in Dhar, Indore is a fascinating tourist spot. Fossils excavated from the Narmada basin find a pride of place here. You can find fossils of starfish skeletons, bones and teeth, dinosaur eggs, etc

Kakra kho comes 5- 6 km before Mandu. There is a huge MP tourism signboard above the road as well on the left side of the road indicating this place and it is hard to miss. There is place available for parking here ( Rs 10). There are two attractions here side by side- one is Kakra Kho and the other is the Ashmadha Fossil Park which is right next to it. Kakra Kho is mainly a viewing place of a waterfall from above facing a deep gorge. The waterfall height is about 250- 300 ft with no possibility of trekking or climbing down to the base. However the views of the gorge are pretty. A shade area has also been put up for visitors to sit and enjoy the view. There are several vendors here selling lemonade and corn on cob ( bhutta). The place gets mildly crowded on weekends esp evening. Worth stopping here for some time to capture beautiful views.

The place is located on the way to Mandu and is great scenic beauty… view would be awesome in Monsoon.
Camel Safari is available for kids..
place can be kept cleaner than what it is now …. Water before fall isn’t very clean due to the polythenes and wafer packets dumped by tourists…
Four wheeler parking can be found easily…

We visited this small waterfall onway to Mandu. There was lot of wrappers empty bottles in area, obviously thrown by tourists. Many vendors were selling eatables outside as well as inside. Are needs lot of improvement. Waterfall must be stunning in rainy season
