The Padma palace is located in Hazaribagh . It is close to the Hazaribagh Wildlife Sanctuary. The Padma palace of the Ramgarh Raj is located at Padma village. The Shivgarh gate is one of its main attractions. The main gate is located on the Patna - Ranchi highway. However people are not allowed to see the interiors of the palace except the ground floor. All the rooms of the palace are locked. In the ground floor some old people can be seen playing cards who have lots of stories to tell about this palace. Apart from the palace the ' Hawa Mahal ' located close to the palace is worth visiting. An abundant ambassador (Mark 1, year: 1957) is present at the threshold of the palace.
