Patan City Museum

The museum is really nice with wall sized dioramas and filled with sculptures from various places of gujarat. Must visit. Nice exhibition but known to very little crowd.

Need more staff here as during my visit no one was there to explain about the ruins present there.

Got know about Mashru handloom work. Some facts about local heritage sites and Raga megh.
Spare a few minutes and you may find something of your interest.
There is ample parking and bare minimal entry free.

Best place for patan city culture and history 👍

Quite a neglected place that should be either refurbished or closed. But it had to be pretty cool and modern once opened many years ago.

Museum's exhibits cover a long span of Nepal's cultural history. It has over 1,100 artifacts, about 200 of which are on permanent display. Most of the objects are cast bronzes (mostly sculptures of Hindu and Buddhist deities) and gilt copper repoussé work,
