There is no punctuality.. garbage truck comes and go sometimes at 06:40 sometimes at 07:00 or 07:45 and sometimes doesn't comes at all..those who are working can not wait this much they have to rush for office.. hence extremely poor services by DMC.

They have opened online portal for many services which allows you to fill forms but for depositing fee you still need to to go here. So much for digital payment initiative.. one you go there, employees suggests that nothing will happen if I submit form online, I must get everything done personally. If that's the case why do they have online portals to waste people time.
They really need to push their employees to improve this.

Good thing is that I could get my work done within couple of hours.

Marriage officer who is responsible to issue marriage certificate openly ask for BRIBE…. they simply dont work without getting taking money.

Worst municipal corporation in Madhya Pradesh. Garbage vehicles have no regular time for coming and vehicle attendant often misbehaves with residents regarding putting of Dry Waste (सूखा कचरा) into the vehicle. Also, the corporation employees cheat in the name of collecting Garbage Vehicles Tax. They came to our house last month and took payment for Garbage Vehicle for the entire year 2021, despite showing them the payment receipt for the same year.
