Full Paisa wasul, Feeling well & comfortable in it. Seat's are easy to adjustable according to our comfort.
Feet space is also well
There's only one exit door and entrance door in hall.
Inside hall temperature is fine, AC is working but fan makes noise.
One problem I face that after exit from movie it is difficult to find toilet 😜😜😜.

Screen should be better. At present Maya Cineplex is not at that level as it should be. When it was started as a Cineplex it was good 😊. Now it looks like ordinary cinema hall. Management should take consideration of cleaning of screen/projector and improve quality of sound. I am not saying this issue is present since starting, now its not upto mark in present competitive world.

Maya cineplax is a single screen movie theatre
...interiors are good ...and one of the best thing is the ticket price is low to comparison of other movie theatres .....
Food court is Available....staff is good and well behaved

The cinema hall is located in one of the crowded markets of gorakhpur. Difficult to find parking as it is always full due to people who come for shopping. Prefer Night show, no rush, no noise, empty underground parking.
About Theatre - single screen, comfortable seating, decent sound quality but ACs needs maintenance.

Worst place ever, ambiance is so poor.
Customer service is worst. Pay higher and visit some better theatre than going to such cheap places.
Screen is hazy as well as sound is pathetic, avoid if u dont want a headache.
