Nice theatre with good sound quality and big 4k screens. Ambience and environment is so cool and good. Snacks items also available here in reasonable price. Seats and seating arrangements are nice and good. Clean and neat Ambience and environment. Tickets prices also normal. Parking available here, and two wheeler parking charged 20rs per vehicle. Good theatre to watch movies and spend weekend time with friends.

SIVASAKTHI CINEMAS 4K DOLBY ATMOS -- 2 Screens are present . Excellent , crystal clear , 4K Picture clarity , Definitely the best one in the city - Good Dolby Atmos sound effects . Seats are also comfortable but leg space was less between 2 rows. A/C was adequate . Parking was spacious , 2 Wheeler - Rs.20/-. Nominal rates in canteen . Restrooms are also neat and maintained clean. Low ticket rates ( Rs.110/- , for Big stars movies - Rs.190/- ) , theatre is worth the ticket price given. Definitely a MUST VISIT THEATRE for everyone !!! Don't MISS THE THEATRE EXPERIENCE OF SIVASAKTHI CINEMAS !!!

There are two audi. Both of them are good.
Washroom are neat and clean.

Just value for money what we pay for tickets. Good screening experience with auditorium seating arrangements but seats are not much comfortable. Spacious Parking for two screens. Bike parking they are charging 20rs and snacks also at cheaper price.

Very best theatre in chennai and better than watching in PVR and AGS and SANGAM, best sourround dolby atmos sound. Ans very clean comfortable seats there is more space and there is 2 screen, one is big and one is small but both are best and big in size and good ac level and first class in every thing and a family theatre and it has latest RGB LASER 4K PROJECTOR and the snack are more and tasty and in reasonable price and big parking space.

Decided to try some unheard theatres around Chennai for this pongal and Sivasakthi Cinemas, Padi came up in BMS. Nearly went blind, without any background checks, reviews about this doubleplex.

Watched Varisu at Screen 2. Projection and sound quality were good throughout, snacks were cheaper, ample parking space.

But big issue is seats and show timings. Almost both screens have same show time and during intermission, restroom and canteen area became chaos. Seats were small not the wide one we saw in other theatres.
