five screens are there. Shanti and kamala screen is better than other three.
Gee vee stands first in worst experience.
Very small screen. Very poor sound system.
Damaged interior and seatings... totally disappointed and waste of money.

Worst theatre and it really needs an upgrade. Sound effects are good. But the projector and the visual quality is very very very poor. Cleanliness is worst. I literally saw lot of rats running on my toe.

Not suitable for family persons ..
No maintainence at all.
Most of the audiences were druken .
There isn't toilet facilities for women .
Car parking 40rs too much and snacks varieties are over priced

An average theatre in Thanjavur.. but i have great memories with this theatre during my college days..must improve to met the current expectation..

Shanthi screens review which is big compared to other screens. Worst theater. But unfortunately there are no other options in Thanjavur for good theaters. Many seats are broken, so if you got those seats you are unlucky. Seat is hard cushion so you will get pain at the end of the movie. They are charging 200 + online fees. Which is higher than chennai. Screen size is small and the sound is very poor. They saying it is dolby 7.1 but it feels like high end street speaker 🔊. When I approach the toilet, it was filled with foggy, as it was the people who smoked like that. And the toilet is very bad condition, kindly avoid enter here if your health immunity is not so great. Popcorn is just for namesake. Wheel chips is good since it was not made by them 😅. Very few car parking. And I have waited 20mins before the entrance gate to park the car.

I recommend the theater owners to renew the screen, 4k projectors, seats, sound system to dolby atmos, toilets, food & beverages and parking + pathways.

I saw Thunivu Pongal Release movie on (15/01/23) at 1St class Shanthi Theatre..
Really very very worst experience...
Very Bad picture quality ( Middle of the screen not clear)..
very very very very worst sound quality screen side speakers only working ( front side) at 2nd class area...
1St class area speakers only 10% working..
Felt like only heard Eco sound like a big marriage hall sound quality..
AC also only came from screen side 2nd class area...
Toilet facilities also not good..
Seat only ok level ( but not good)..
Parking issues also there at the same time movie shows released...
Finally

Not worth to watch any language movies in this theatre Untill change this defects..
But Best Multiplex concept in the heart of the city...

Please change this defects and management take necessary action as soon as possible..to make your business in good way..

Saw Thunivu movie here at Shanthi theater. Worst experience ever in terms of look of the screen. Colors looks dull. I felt like watched theater print on thirutu vcd.. Even a block buster movie will flop here in this theater. Luckily i have already watched this movie another city. That made me to watch again.. Total disappointment

Worst experience in my life time. Except for the sound (that is too abv average) quality of the theater is zero and the toiletry maintenance has no words to explain the worst ever.
