Worst labour's , they didn't response people and their behaviour is very root . But I am giving 2 ⭐ because theatre is good.

Yesterday, was my first movie experience(Sitaramam 2022) at yazhini cinemas (Yazh Gold).Movie was great and "beautifully crafted romantic cinema".

(Pros)
Theatre ambience was good.screen was good for the viewing capacity occupancies.Rest room was neat and parking facility and price is budget friendly

Cons:
Online booking was some errors found.Seating order is (seat number) totally messed.A/C level was very low. I felt some insects bite.screen brightness is low.screen reflects some things at back side of the screen.seating is good but not at the best.comfort level is low.Ticket cheker staff didn't know what we were expect from the management quality.

Good ambience & Sound quality is so good. Seating is good. Worth for money. Best place to watch movies.

Seats not even get a single star
Employees are rude to everyone
After getting ticket they verify more than 3 times again and again until you seated they verify your tickets all the way in. Worst Service.
Theater is not even get a single star.

Even if try to tell your employees I'll take care of my self they don't even listen what am trying to say.
So are you trying to say if we book your VIP seats and sofas then your employees are good to us right.
Then why are you guys won't let us book your VIP seats online.

Good. But need some improvements in sound, air-conditioning and in food court.

If the VIP row is not allowed for booking means. Please remove from the seating view in Bookmyshow don't show-off like it's booked already.

For a movie theater located at the center of the city that attracts large crowd of family audiences must maintain the cleanliness and proper hygiene (refer attached photos).

Seats have lots of stains. Floor is full of dirt. Toilets are leaky and floors are wet and slippery.

Now coming to the movie experience, the audio system is similar to a average home theater system. Sound quality is not good. Video is similar to watching a movie in a office projector in a dark room.

Audio - 4/10
Video - 5/10
Ambience - 3/10

I think people of sivagangai visiting this theater because they dont have any other options.

Let's hope that someone opens a good theater soon 🙏

Once of worst worst theatre in my life. Especially the employees behaviour was very bad. In employees point of view the customer all are look like slaves i think. Why If asked about tickets seats they replied like rude. And one more think Ticket rate Rs.200/- for top to bottom seats. Top seats Rs.200/- is acceptable but why Bottom seats. Don't come this kind of theatres. They want only money not a customer satisfaction!

It's really a great experience. Best cinima theatre with good sound quality in sivaganga. Cusions are ultimate and worth enough for money.
