K.S Theatre

I would give zero rating. Worst maintenance and seating. Theatre was not clean and maintained. Chairs were broken and in horrible condition. AC was not there. For namesake they kept AC. Once KS was neat and good but now it’s the worst theatre. I suggest not to visit this theatre again. The theatre looks like old booth bungalow. Worst experience

One of the best theaters in salem. Sound effects are good. Good maintenance. Seats are neat. Having enough space for Two wheeler parking. Online booking facilities available. Ticket rates are reasonable.

Sound effects best surrounding experience screen resolution best' but parking issue car accesblity 10 car's slot less than 10 in total. So plan properly and go early to the show to catch your parking spot.

They provide fake AC theater .

It's for family theatre... Kind workers.. u can book ur wanted seats at counter as u wish.. AC is fine.. now they moved to 7.1 Dolby.. for sure this theatre needs 4k vision and some seats need to be changed..

Ticket prices are normal. First class is 100 INR when it is not festive season or big star movie.
Some of the seats are bad and you cannot feel the cushion.
But canteen products price crazy, a coke can is 70 INR and water bottle is 60 INR though they are not supposed to sell more than MRP price for water bottle.

Worst maintainence, Poor quality. Worst condition chairs. Full of cigarettes in the floor, extremely untidy theatre. But ticket prices are of high like hi fi theatre.

Sound effects are really good and the experience was also good but the seats are so kanjant no free space
