One of the Major Landmark once , now got sold to PVR. Which seems like the maintenance getting poor and seats in Elite is not maintained properly. During Break heavy crowd and getting popcorn & snacks is tough within the break. The online orders is not working which is again a major flaw . Sathyam Cinemas is loosing its charm is sad part. The Screen and Sound is ultimate still.

The place was good as always. The best thing about Sathyam is they abide the Govt rules and collect only Rs.10 for bike parking.
The food prices or Combo details are not displayed in screen and the wait time in queue to buy food is more. It should be improved. Popcorn masala was not available. They can better give them small sachets when people buy popcorns.

Always i have big love on this place for last 10 years. Whenever i come to Chennai, i will definitely visit this cinemas. Very good ambience and vibe at this theatre. Big parking space and right in the centre of the city. First day first show movies here will be great celebrations and you can definitely feel it to the core. I started watching from 2011 and still it goes ON. Sathyam cinemas is the best in Chennai

Best theatre with a seating capacity of almost 950. Ample space for leg room where a person can walk by even while you have tilted your seat and sit comfortably. Satyam cinemas is taken over by PVR. Good sound surrounding system and AC . Balcony view is good Also have a built-in resturant. Parking tickets for two wheeler is just 10 rupees Very free space for parking Free drinking water available

This is a PVR cinema theater with very comfortable seating arrangements. I went to see the Dragonball Movie here and I must say that the overall quality of the theater was extremely good. The AC cooling is very nice, the sound quality and the quality of the movie on screen is very good and a indeed a pleasurable experience.
The cost of the tickets are reasonable too and the overall satisfaction is 9/10!
I would definitely recommend this movie place to anyone who is in nearby locality.

Not upto the expected lvl. Seats and hall arrangements were too bad. I mainly visited sathyam coz of their 🍿 popcorn. But it made me a huge disappointment coz of the quantity.😕 The food menu and combo details are not displayed in screens to know the prices while waiting in queue. Popcorn masala also not sufficient enough, instead they better give a small sachets along with popcorn. 🤦

1. Best movie theater experience in Chennai 2. Awesome bass effects and picture quality 3. 3D Brightness is better than other theaters but not up to the mark 4. Bike parking is only Rs.10/- which is much lower than other theaters 5. Well maintained and clean environment

1. Seats are uncomfortable and are sturdy
