From my youngest age I know this place,This 'Modern Theatres' is very famous in movie making.The boss of this co., is a real boss.Ellis Dungan,Famous movie director also, worked for this company.Many cine fame actors and actress, are from here only.Singers,Musicians and tech.s' were famed by this company.This all,A history events.Now it all only a dreams.

Heard a lot about this place during childhood as one of the greatest movie making studios in Tamilnadu. Now there is no studio and it has become a gated community residential. Just the classic entrance of the studio is there as a sign of history.

It’s a great place to live in salem , this is a view of Yercaud mountain from modern theatre (it’s gated community society with few amenities in common) There is a play ground place for kids n park with playing equipment like sliding n Merry go round . It has separate shuttle court .
