Varanashi Multiplex Theater

There is no option for given 0 stars ncz that much worst theatre I ever seen, no cleaning, no sound effect, more over there is no seating arrangement also. Such a worst experience pls before book ticket think

Bad experience... Ticket cost for this theatre is full waste.

Need improvement in customer experience. Such as good seats, AC, snacks, etc. As they collect the same amount such as other theatres. But the screen is good to watch movies.

Need to improve the canteen facility . Worst ambience … Charging a lot but still they didnt improve the theatre environment… Popcorn should serve in one use box…then only it look nice

I want to give zero star for this dungeon theatre, the worst experience I ever had. Seats aren't clean, people have spit everywhere and I had headache after watching the movie. Sound will rip your ears. I have wasted my money.

Not even worth for one Star... Cleanliness is zero, urine smell spread over the lobby... Seats are not comfortable,no AC ... But ticket charging is equal to other theatres....

In my experience I have never seen a theater like this... My money is waste. Never saw the film. Lots of bagworms. So no one goes and waste your time and money. Very worste

Too bad, No hygiene😣. I found many waste snacks and soft drinks under chairs. Chairs are not comfortable. The cleaning process was not done yet on that day.
