Denzong Cinema

It's near Buddha park. Such a beautiful and serene location. Feel peace in the view of 130 ft high Buddha statue. the park the clouds the music the hills everything joins to transede us into divine mood. This place is one of the most memorable places that we have visited in Sikkim. Must if you go down south Sikkim. This Buddha is one of the three main pilgrimage sights in Sikkim.

Since this is a only Cinema in Gangtok, I love the way it is even the screen is not so large. One thing you need to know is that, you can get ticket of 90 Ruppes for front circle and there isn't seat number for ground floor even you book from bookmyshow so come earlier if you want the better seat. Evening Show is mostly housefull for the first week if the movie is good and popular.

The theatre was beautiful both inside and out. What captivated me the most was the traditional Sikkimese/Bhutanese architecture and interior design being followed. It was very colorful and vibrant. It was modern and yet speaks proudly of its roots. One can book tickets online as well as in person, and the funny part was we could sit anywhere we wanted (in the same price range, ofcourse). The audio quality was great and the video wasn't bad also. The ticket prices were reasonable and you can choose between the front/rear/upper stalls. The seats were reasonably comfortable and the bathrooms were clean as well.

Inside the Denzong cinema there is small projector 📽️ whic is little good when we watch movies it not fill like I'm in cinema .
But sound quality is v.good ..
And also all the staff is very cool and nice ...

In whole movie hall sitting facility is good, everyone sit here comfortably because in each chair distance good, so can every sit fully relaxes.

A1 class service at reasonable rate. Picture and sound quality just superb.
