My first ever 1-star review..here goes nothing..Why are the seats in the Gold section not reclining? So sitting through the movie was a total nightmare for my back! And are you kidding with the range of refreshments offered?? They should at least have chicken and veg options on the menu. Woah! It’s time they collect customer feedback and make changes. Not that it matters to me as I won’t be watching another movie there.

Good place for weekend shopping. One box office is also there for movie lovers. Reliance digital, trends and smart point is also available. Parking space is available beside the mall which charges a nominal amount of 50 to 60 for one time entry and exit.

Very well maintained move hall in Gangtok. Been here couple of times and had a good experience. The only drawback is that they do not have option to pay with card or UPI which turns out in a bad experience as most of us do not carry cash all the time. Food served at the food court is very good and the pricing are very reasonable.

This place is really satisfactory. I've tried KFC from here which was so mouthwatering and service is really good inside every column of the mall.

One of the best movie hall in sikkim.
Won't compare personally with others but one would definitely enjoy a movie watching there.
Location of the hall,its surroundings are great.

Good screen and sound quality. Seats in platinum are reclining sofa justifying the premium.
3D glasses though should be cleaned or atleast a wipe must be provided to clean it

Like a unicorn, this place os presently the only "Mall" in Gangtok. Boasts of renowned stores like Reliance Smart store, Reliance digital, Reliance Trends, Crocs, Mochi and KFC and INOX multiplex.

It was an excellent experience
